Denise and Jim DeMarco

Denise and JimDenise and Jim DeMarco live in Bradenton, Florida and wear several hats in the PJS weekends. Denise leads the conference worship team and has taken over the job of overseeing all of the West Coast Conferences. Denise has a long and impressive history in administration and event planning. She is a gifted musical theater director who has directed musicals both in churches and equity houses. She herself is an actress and has won many awards for her roles. She has been on staff at The Grove Community church for over 12 years. This woman has done it all....worship, children's ministry, curriculum development, and now she is semi-retired. An entrepreneur in her own right, she taught voice lessons for many years, franchised "Musical Munchkins" and brought the Kids Arts Academy to The Grove Community Church. She teaches the break-out session, "How to Live Victoriously with Depression and Bi-polar" at the conferences. We are thrilled to have her on board!

Jim brings multiple gifts to our ministry. He has been teaching classes at the Grove Community Church in Los Angeles, California for many years. Having a Catholic background, he teaches a very interesting class at the conferences called, "Catholic Roots" which ministers to Catholics who want a closer walk with Jesus. He is an amazing author and has written and directed many plays. We are delighted to have him on our tech team as the "PowerPoint'' man.

Sonya Richards

SonyaSonya Richards comes to us from sunny Florida where she lives a full life as a stay at home mom. Her background in church music and conference event planning makes her the perfect addition to our office team. With a degree in business, she handles all of the conference details on the East Coast. With a degree in liberal arts, she led worship and coordinated worship teams at Faith Church in Lansing, Michigan for over 10 years as well as serving on the church Board for eight years. In her spare time she helped re-design the children's ministry "Jumptown." Having toured internationally herself while in college she understands the nitty gritty of road life! Perhaps the biggest asset she brings to the PJS' office in Sarasota, is that she worked as Office Manager for Amigo Centre, a camp and retreat center for the Indiana-Michigan Mennonite Conference Churches for four years. An accomplished pianist and vocalist, we are hoping she can slip away for a few weekends to help with the worship.

Mike Wagner

Mike and PossumMike Wagner is our sound engineer and guru. Having had a long career in electrical engineering and computer engineering, he heads up our tech department. He served 17 years in the Air Force, worked on projects for NASA, and he flies a mean soundboard! He has been running sound at Grace Baptist Church in Sarasota, Florida for 30 years. He rebuilds, reboots, and rewires anything that needs a fixin'. But his most important job of all is keeping us at PJS entertained with his stuffed pet "Hello Possum" which he takes with him everywhere we go. Mike is definitely our comic relief.

Renee faircloth

ReneeRenee Faircloth has been studying reflexology for years. She has found a way to combine her love of ministering Christ to emotionally and physically hurting women with her knowledge of healing oils and stress relief through foot massage. Renee prays for each woman who she massages, and speaks words of encouragement and healing to each one. And lucky for us, she keeps the team's feet happy! Renee has a passion for the lost and a desire to equip God's people to reach out to them. She teaches a course called "Sharing Jesus without Fear" in churches throughout Sarasota. Renee is a talented actress as well as a children's musical theater director in Sarasota. She worked for Kathy Ashdown in Kathy's musical theater program, "Kid's Fine Arts Academy," and now PJS is so fortunate to have her flex her acting chops in "Mafia Meets McCoy" at the conferences. She is a mother of five and has home schooled her children for 13 years, yet she still finds the time to travel with us once a month. We love having her on board!

Austin faircloth

AustinAustin Faircloth comes to us with many diverse talents. He acts in several of our drama pieces. He helps run sound and lighting and also sets up and tears down the stage. He is very creative and loves to build things. This talent comes in handy! When we need a set piece built or a prop designed, he's our man! When he is not traveling with us, he is running sound and lighting for the teen services at Sarasota Baptist Church in Florida. Austin also helped build sets for Kathy's musical theater program, "Kid's Fine Arts Academy," and has been involved in the production end of several large musicals in Sarasota.

Parker Faircloth

ParkerParker Faircloth is the jack-of-all-trades when it comes to theater. He is an accomplished actor and plays a hilarious character part in the PJS drama "Mafia Meets McCoy." He runs sound and lighting for us and also sets up and tears down the stage. He has helped in the production end of several large musicals at Sarasota Baptist Church in Florida and he also worked for Kathy's musical theater program, "Kid's Fine Arts Academy," designing and building sets. He is majoring in stage design at State College of Florida and we are so fortunate that Parker takes the time away from school to travel with us on the weekends.

Sarah recently graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, TN where she majored in Commercial Vocal Performance. We struck gold when Sarah agreed to tour with PJS. She will be singing on the worship team, performing in the dramas, and because of her expertise she will be assisting Denise in all of the theatrical aspects of the ministry. Welcome Sarah!

Hanni has been dancing and acting since she was a young girl. She has danced in several shows for "In the Company" in Riverside, CA. She is also an amazing photographer and following in her father's footsteps has recently started her own business called "Thimble Photography." A multitalented young lady, she will be dancing, acting and photographing at the PJS conferences. And if that isn't enough, she will also be doing manicures for the ladies who attend. It was like hiring three people! We are thrilled to have her.

A fifth grade student at Fruitville Elementry in Sarasota, Emily has been singing since the day she was born. She dances like a princess and has taken gymnastics since she was three years old.
